O2Cloud PBX uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology to make calls using the internet as a means of transmission. That is, to use O2Cloud PBX service it is necessary to have Broadband or Dedicated Link via 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi or Ethernet to make or receive quality calls using our service.
Yes. All O2Cloud PBX numbers are traditional numbers, same as the ones you already have in your home or company contracted with a Fixed-Line Operator. Thus O2Cloud PBX's Local Fixed or 0800 numbers are enabled to receive calls from all Fixed or Mobile operators, from Brazil or from any country in the World, with full guarantee of completion.
Yes. You can carry your current O2Cloud PBX number, be it residential or commercial. We have coverage in about 305 cities throughout Brazil and nearly 2,500 cities worldwide. O2Cloud PBX accepts portability from the main operators and providers of the Brazilian and International market. If your city or country is not listed in our registration system, please contact us to check the portability of your number or country / region.
O2Cloud PBX does not perform the installation of broadband internet or dicado link. The appropriate infrastructure to deploy the solution depends on the customer and will not be provided by O2Cloud PBX, except when previously established in agreement by agreement between both parties. Excluding this fact, the responsibility for infrastructure is entirely the responsibility of the customer, and must observe its network conditions, quality and link width available before contracting O2Cloud PBX services.
